The Seeker Report — Human Design Report

By purchasing The Seeker Report from The Sunseeker Studio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

 

1. Nature of the Service

The Seeker Report is a written Human Design reading delivered as a digital PDF document. It is a personalised, interpretive guide created by Helly Jo of The Sunseeker Studio, based on your birth data and the principles of Human Design.

This report is created by a human practitioner with care and intention. It is not generated by automated software or artificial intelligence.

2. Disclaimer — Not Professional Advice

The Seeker Report is provided for informational, educational, and personal development purposes only. It does not constitute, and should not be treated as, any of the following:

• Medical or health advice, diagnosis, or treatment

• Psychological or psychiatric advice or therapy

• Legal, financial, or business advice

• A substitute for professional consultation of any kind

 

The information contained in your report is based on the Human Design system, which is a self-discovery framework and not a scientifically validated discipline. Results and interpretations are subjective and based on the practitioner's understanding and experience.

If you have concerns about your mental, physical, or emotional health, or require professional guidance in any area of your life, please consult a qualified professional.

The Sunseeker Studio accepts no liability for decisions made based on the content of your report.

3. Entertainment & Personal Growth Purposes

The Seeker Report is offered in the spirit of personal exploration, self-discovery, and creative direction. It is intended to be a supportive, reflective tool — not a definitive guide or a prescriptive framework.

You are encouraged to take what resonates, leave what doesn't, and use your report as a starting point for your own experimentation and self-inquiry.

4. Delivery

Your report will be delivered to the email address provided at the time of purchase within 7–14 business days. If there are any questions about your birth details, we will contact you before completing the report.

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. The Sunseeker Studio is not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect email address provided by the purchaser.

We recommend adding thesunseekerstudio@gmail.com to your contacts or safe sender list to prevent your report from going to spam.

5. Your Responsibility to Download & Save

Once your report has been delivered to your inbox, it is your sole responsibility to download and save it to your device(s).

The Sunseeker Studio does not store your completed report on its servers indefinitely and does not have the capacity to resend reports once delivered. We strongly recommend:

• Downloading your PDF immediately upon receipt

• Saving it to at least two locations (e.g. your device and a cloud storage service)

• Not relying solely on your email inbox as your only copy

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that The Sunseeker Studio will not be held responsible for loss of your report due to failure to download, email account issues, device loss, or any other circumstance beyond our control.

Requests to resend a delivered report will not be fulfilled.

6. Accurate Birth Data

The accuracy of your Human Design chart — and therefore your report — is dependent on the accuracy of the birth details you provide, in particular your exact time of birth. Even a small variation in birth time can result in a significantly different chart.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate information. The Sunseeker Studio cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies in your report resulting from incorrect or estimated birth data submitted by you.

If you are unsure of your exact birth time, we recommend checking your birth certificate, contacting your birth registry, or consulting a birth time rectification specialist before purchasing.

7. No Live Access or Ongoing Support

Your purchase of The Seeker Report does not include any live session, voice or video call, email exchange, or ongoing conversation with Helly Jo or any member of The Sunseeker Studio team.

The report is a standalone written document. Any questions arising from your report are not included in the scope of this purchase. If you would like further personalised guidance, please explore our mentorship and other offerings at thesunseekerstudio.com.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the personalised, bespoke nature of The Seeker Report — which requires significant time and expertise to create — all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a report has been purchased.

If your report has not yet been started and you wish to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase at thesunseekerstudio@gmail.com. Cancellations requested after this window cannot be accommodated.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content contained within The Seeker Report is the intellectual property of The Sunseeker Studio and Helly Jo. Your report is created exclusively for your personal use.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share, publish, or use any part of your report for commercial purposes without prior written permission from The Sunseeker Studio.

Sharing your report with others or posting it publicly in any form (in full or in part) is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy

The birth data and personal information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of creating your report. Your information will not be sold to third parties.

By purchasing, you consent to being added to The Sunseeker Studio mailing list (The Sunseeker Edit). You may unsubscribe at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Sunseeker Studio and Helly Jo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on The Seeker Report.

Our total liability in connection with this purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the report.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
